From material to movement: structured, step by step.
We apply a clear process for evaluating material, aligning expectations, and moving shipments from Canada to global buyers under realistic, defensible terms.
Four stages of engagement
Each stage is designed to surface constraints early and keep dialogue grounded in what is technically and commercially realistic.
Initial discussion
High-level review of material type, estimated tonnage, location, and current assay status with suppliers or technical teams.
Assay & technical package
Coordination of independent assays where required, working with accredited labs to validate grade, composition, and impurity profiles. Presentation of material in a format buyers can evaluate.
Buyer fit & alignment
Matching material specifications with appropriate international buyers and refining what is commercially realistic for both sides, including indicative volumes and pricing frameworks.
Shipment structuring
Agreement on Incoterms, documentation, logistics scope, and risk allocation before movement is initiated, followed by execution and post-shipment review.
